License status: MD/DO names were matched against the Georgia Composite Medical Board’s published physician list (CSV dated 9/11/2026; the board says license number and status on its site are primary-source verification). Name matches can be wrong, and the board’s individual lookup is CAPTCHA-protected, so we did not use it. Dentists, optometrists, chiropractors, physical therapists and nurse practitioners are licensed through boards on verify.sos.ga.gov, which blocked automated access with a bot check; we did not get around it, so those licenses are marked unverified. • Note: Dr. Springston states she is not credentialed with the FAA for ATC or HIMS exams (practice site).

Bottom line

The most price-transparent primary-care option in PTC, built around a monthly membership instead of insurance. Little independent review data, and one physician could not yet be matched on the state list. Worth a look if you want a DPC model and can pay the membership.
