• Low-pressure, honest approach (4 of 8 Exa excerpts (no pressure / take your time / honest and fair)). Several reviewers say they visited multiple dealers and chose this one.
• Good service and post-sale support (5 of 8 Exa excerpts mention service, maintenance or post-sale help). Repeat customers cite annual maintenance and a second cart purchase. Older Facebook reviews on Birdeye describe a thorough service inspection.

Complaints

• Dealer prices are not the cheapest (1 of 8 Exa excerpts, raised by a satisfied buyer). Framed by the reviewer as a trade-off for peace of mind.
• No customer-experience complaints found in the excerpts read (0 of 16 excerpts read (8 Exa + 8 Birdeye)). One Birdeye (Facebook) review, about 6 years old, is from a self-described former employee about their termination. It is not a customer experience, so it is not used as a quote or theme.
