Bottom line

GoTow fills a gap no one else in PTC does, rescuing stranded carts, and it has a good reputation on the directory we could read. Get the membership terms in writing. Check Yelp yourself before relying on the higher directory ratings. (Score 7.1 → 6.8 after the 2026-10-11 other-platform and recent-review check.) Yelp, now confirmed, is mixed since the ownership change. (Score 6.8 → 6.6 after the browser-confirmed BBB/Yelp check.)
