Superior Lawncare & Landscape Services LLC

RESEARCH-BASED REVIEW, NOT A FIRST-HAND VISIT. Everything below comes from the public sources listed at the end, accessed on 2026-10-11. No one from Peachtree City Guide has hired this company or contacted it. Workmanship scores are provisional.

Licensing for landscaping: Georgia doesn’t license landscapers or mowing companies as such. “Landscape and Irrigation” is a Limited Service Specialty that needs no residential or general contractor license within its scope (https://sos.ga.gov/page/limited-service-specialty-contractors-policy-statements). Lawn chemicals are different: applying any pesticide (weed control, insecticide, fungicide) to someone else’s property for a fee requires both a GA Dept. of Agriculture Commercial Applicator License and a Pesticide Contractor License (https://www.agr.georgia.gov/agricultural-pest-control). We searched GDA’s Pesticide Contractor records by name (data as of 10/09/2026). Irrigation: there’s no separate state irrigation license, but irrigation-system wiring and low-voltage lighting are “general low-voltage systems” under the state low-voltage contractor license (Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. 121-3-.06(2)). The Georgia Certified Landscape Professional (GCLP) credential is voluntary (UGA), and none of the companies reviewed here appears in the Fayette or Coweta GCLP directory.

Scorecard

Quick facts

• BBB: Peachtree City (no street address shown), (770) 899-5598.
• Website: yoursuperiorlawn.com.

The short version

• BBB: A, accredited.
• Nextdoor: 16 recommendations, newest 2026-03-04 (“Excellent.”) and Dec 2024 (“Preferred lawncare & Landscape company of Peachtree City”).
• Not this company: an Exa listing “Superior LawnCare” 4.2/62 is a Houston, TX business; a search engine summary wrongly attached it to this PTC company. We did not use it.
• Other platforms & recent reviews: Nextdoor 16 recommendations (direct read).

What customers say (themes)

• Neighbors call it “very reliable” (2024) and “excellent” (2026); recommendation texts are short.
• Limitation: we read only the recent reviews visible on each aggregator page (Exa’s Google-derived snapshot shows about 8 per business) and Nextdoor recommendation text. We did not open Google, Yelp, Angi or Facebook directly, and rating counts differ between platforms.
• Recent reviews (last 24 months, n=2): most-mentioned compliments: none; complaints: none. Other platforms are covered in “Other review platforms” below.

Credentials & red-flag check

• ⚠️ Search engines conflate it with a Houston company (4.2/62).

Pricing, warranty & value

No prices published. Ask for a written service schedule (mowing frequency, skipped-week policy) and what’s included.

Other review platforms (checked 2026-10-11)

No profile found, or blocked by a bot check: Exa (only an unrelated Houston company), Birdeye, Yelp, Houzz, Angi. We did not get around any bot check. Yelp, Angi/HomeAdvisor, Houzz and BBB profile pages blocked automated access, and Facebook requires a login; values from those sites are search snippets labeled unconfirmed and never move a score.

Bottom line

Neighbors keep recommending it and it is BBB-accredited, but there is little else to check. Fine for mowing and maintenance; confirm licensing before any chemical treatments.
