• Published license: #CN208547 [1][2], a Conditioned Air Non-Restricted (Class II) license that shows Active in Georgia state records (checked Oct 13, 2026).

The short version

• E. Dennis merger evidence (added 2026-10-11): a March 2026 five-star review posted on Trinity’s Google-derived listing thanks “E. Dennis Electrical” by name [9]; Trinity’s site lists 200 Tiger Way, which other sources give for E. Dennis [6]; and Yelp/BBB reviewers describe an E. Dennis takeover (see below). We found no official announcement, so treat the relationship as likely but unconfirmed. E. Dennis is reviewed under plumbing (cross-listed in the HVAC index).
• Updated aggregate (2026-10-11): the Google-derived Exa list snapshot shows 4.9 from 2,944 for Trinity at 101 TDK Blvd Ste D [9].
• Largest review base of any HVAC company with a Peachtree City address that we found: 4.9/5 from 2,880 reviews on Birdeye [3] and 4.9/5 from 3,299 reviews on hvacservice.io [4]. Both aggregators say the data comes from other platforms. Birdeye’s profile is unclaimed by the business [3].
• Publishes its license number on every contact block [1][2]. Few local competitors do this. The number shows Active in Georgia state records.
• Guarantees (as stated): one-year guarantee on service; parts guaranteed “up to 10 years, depending on the manufacturer”; at least a one-year guarantee on new installs; plus a “price guarantee” and a “Clean Home Guarantee” [1][2]. The full terms are not published.
• Free estimates [1]. No service-call or diagnostic fee is published.
• Watch-outs: BBB has two files: a C+ with an unanswered June 2026 complaint, and a second file with 3 complaints in 3 years and reviews averaging 1/5. Yelp is 4.1 from 30, with recent complaints about unreturned calls and leaks (browser check). There are two published PTC addresses and many phone numbers. A few reviewers mention bad customer service or trouble scheduling [3][4].
• Good for: PTC homeowners who want one company for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, with round-the-clock emergency service. Check first: the diagnostic fee, and the written warranty and “price guarantee” terms.
• Other platforms & recent reviews: Birdeye 4.9/2,880 (almost all Google), but Yelp (read on screen) is 4.1 from 30, with recent complaints about unreturned calls and leaks after an $8k install. BBB is C+ with an unanswered 06/2026 complaint, plus a second file averaging 1/5 with 3 complaints in 3 years. Reviewers say service got worse after the merger with E. Dennis. What customers say (themes)

• Aggregate: hvacservice.io’s summary says most reviewers give five stars and often name technicians for diagnostic skill, clear explanations, and respect in the home. It adds that “a few reviewers note appointment scheduling challenges” [4]. It also mentions a “Comfort Club” maintenance plan and financing [4].
• Reviews we read on Birdeye [3]:
• A 5★ review for blown-in attic insulation praised teamwork, communication, and cleanup.
• A 5★ review from a 2022 spring maintenance visit said the technician also moved a drain line that was blocking the water heater.
• A short negative review reported “horrible customer service” on a repair and system replacement and said they would not recommend the company.
• Limitation: we read only a handful of individual reviews, and aggregator summaries are written by the aggregators. We did not read Google directly. Update 2026-10-11: BBB and Yelp pages for this business were later read on screen in a browser check (see “Other review platforms”); individual Yelp review text was not copied, so the keyword tallies are unchanged.

Bottom line

Trinity Air has the biggest public footprint of any HVAC company based in Peachtree City that we found. It is open 24/7, covers HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, and publishes its license number. The score stays at “good, with caveats” because its BBB record is weak (a C+ with an unanswered complaint, plus a second file averaging 1/5), the warranty terms aren’t verified, and its addresses and phone numbers vary across sources.
