Bottom line

Bulldog is a full-service PTC dealer with two locations and well-liked rentals. Its ratings trail Golf Rider, John’s, and 3 Guys, and the negative reviews we read are about serious things (a safety allegation and post-service brake issues), not just attitude. It’s a reasonable choice for rentals; for purchases, get the warranty terms in writing. Rentals get warm reviews; recent ownership/service complaints involve safety.
