Quick facts

• Address: 1001 Moba Dr, Suite C, Peachtree City, GA 30269 [1][2]
• Phone: 470-585-3993 [2]
• Website: https://boterocarts.com/dealership-locations/peachtree-city-ga/ [1]
• Chain: Botero Carts has locations in several states (GA, NC, TN, AZ, and others), per its site and a manufacturer’s dealer list [1][5]. The PTC store brands itself “Botero Carts Atlanta” [1].
• Claims: “SAME DAY delivery and pickup options available for the entire greater Atlanta metro area” [1]. It calls itself a premier dealer for Evolution [6].
• An older Yelp listing for “Botero Carts” shows a different PTC address (237 Senoia Rd), per a search summary; we did not confirm it [7].

The short version

• Largest review base in the category: 4.8/5 from 425 reviews (Exa Places, PTC location) [2].
• Big, customizable inventory with prices and 0% financing offers on listings [1][6].
• Big caveat: BBB search shows a Botero profile (“Botero Carts Pensacola,” listed at the Cumming, GA store address) rated D+, not accredited [4]. A 2026-10-11 browser check shows 1 unanswered complaint (06/2026: a cart paid in full and never delivered). It may not reflect the PTC store.
• Good for: shoppers who want lots of choice and custom builds. Check first: the warranty (who honors it: Botero or the manufacturer?) and the service plan after delivery.
• Other platforms & recent reviews: The only Botero BBB profile (Botero Carts Pensacola in Cumming, GA, not the PTC store) is D+, with an unanswered 06/2026 complaint about a cart paid in full and never delivered (read on screen). A Yelp listing exists (no rating shown). The Nextdoor page has no recommendations. (Updated with browser-confirmed BBB/Yelp data, 2026-10-11.)

What customers say (themes)

• Sales staff named often (several individuals) for patient, low-pressure help, especially for first-time buyers (2026) [2].
• Post-sale fixes: reviewers mention a charger swapped “no questions asked” and a service team resolving issues on a new cart [2].
• Customization and test-driving the exact cart are highlights [2].
• No negatives among the recent reviews we read; the chain’s BBB D+ profile has an unanswered 2026 complaint.
• Limitation: we read only the handful of recent reviews shown on each aggregator page. We did not open Google, Yelp, or Facebook directly. Rating counts differ between aggregators because they take snapshots at different times. Update 2026-10-11: BBB and Yelp pages for this business were later read on screen in a browser check (see “Other review platforms”); individual Yelp review text was not copied, so the keyword tallies are unchanged.
• Recent reviews (last 24 months, n=8): most-mentioned compliments: communicative (3), knowledgeable (3), friendly / courteous (2); complaints: none. Other platforms are covered in “Other review platforms” below.

Credentials & red-flag check

Pricing & value

Listing prices are published (e.g., pre-owned carts from about $2,995 and a 2026 Tara 2+2 at $9,695 per search summaries; we did not verify every listing) [6]. Financing is advertised. Service labor rates aren’t published.

Other review platforms (checked 2026-10-11)

No profile found, or blocked by a bot check: Birdeye, Facebook, HomeAdvisor, Angi, Houzz, Thumbtack, Porch, Trustpilot. We did not get around any bot check. Trustpilot, Yelp, Angi, HomeAdvisor, Houzz and BBB profile pages blocked automated access, and Facebook requires a login. Rows marked “browser read (confirmed)” were read on screen in a browser session on 2026-10-11 (~3:45-3:51 PM ET) and replace earlier snippet or summary values. Other blocked sites were used only through labeled search snippets.

What recent reviewers say (keyword analysis)

• Window: 2024-10-11 to 2026-10-11 (last 24 months). Sample: 8 reviews, dated 2025-11-29 to 2026-03-06. Sources: Exa Places (Google-derived).
• Top compliments: communicative (3), knowledgeable (3), friendly / courteous (2), professional (2).
• Top complaints: none found.
• Recent-experience score: 8.4/10 (12 positive vs 0 negative theme mentions; small samples are pulled toward a neutral 5). We read only reviews visible on the pages listed. The Google-derived snapshot shows a handful of reviews, not a random sample, and some texts are cut off.

Score breakdown (golf-cart rubric, see site-plan §5.5)

Since 2026-10-11, the listed weights cover 90% of the score and recent customer experience (keyword analysis) covers the other 10%. See /how-we-score/. | Criterion | Weight | Score | Evidence | |—|—|—|—| | Reputation (third-party ratings & review themes) | 25% | 9 | 4.8/425 (Exa, PTC store) [2] | | Complaint handling / BBB / negative patterns | 15% | 4 | Chain BBB profile D+ with 1 unanswered 06/2026 complaint (browser-confirmed) [4] | | Brand authorization, product range & parts access | 15% | 7 | Many brands; “premier dealer for Evolution” (self-stated) [1][6] | | Pricing transparency | 15% | 8 | Listing prices + financing published [1][6] | | Service capability & warranty | 15% | 7 | Service and battery work per reviews [2]; Evolution 8-yr lithium battery warranty is a manufacturer claim on Botero’s site [1] | | Convenience (rentals, pickup/delivery, hours) | 10% | 9 | Same-day metro delivery claim [1] | | Longevity & local presence | 5% | 5 | PTC opening date unknown; part of a chain [1] | | Recent customer experience (keyword analysis, last 24 months) | 10% | 8.4 | n=8 recent reviews (Exa Places (Google-derived)); 12 positive vs 0 negative theme mentions | | Overall | | 7.4 | 0.9 × 7.30 (weighted average of the rows above, using their listed weights) + 0.1 × 8.4 = 7.41 |

Bottom line

Botero’s PTC store has the biggest and among the best review bases we found, and the widest selection. The D+ BBB grade on a chain profile is a real question mark. Before buying, ask how complaints are handled and get the warranty in writing. Other platforms add little. The D+ BBB grade is still the main open question. (Score 7.3 → 7.4 after the 2026-10-11 other-platform and recent-review check.)
