It required $39,934 in back wages plus equal damages for 9 workers and a permanent injunction; the case included retaliation, such as paying a former employee’s final $915 in about 91,500 oil-covered pennies (N.D. Ga., 3:21-cv-00220-TCB) [1].

Bottom line
